Snowmobile Routes

The snowmobile routes in the area around Pello connect you and interesting destinations no matter if you want to go to the mountains, Sweden or to Rovaniemi. The trails in Pello are maintained with special care, and we hope that your tour will go to us also in the future.

There are all together 120 km of maintained snowmobile trails in Pello municipality. The following trunk trails belong to the maintained routes:

From south to north:
From Ylitornio to Pello and further to Kolari (Juoksenki – Pello – Jarhoinen). From Ritavalkea to Nuottavaaraa and from there to the Kolari route.

From west to east:
From the centre of Pello to the east of Miekojärvi and further to the Rovaniemi route (Pello – Lankojärvi – Sirkkakoski).
